    Supper friendly and welcoming staff, everything clean.

    Great place for a 2-night stay. Perfectly clean and well-appointed room, a bidet, a walk-in shower, and bath robes in the room. The view from the window to mountain. Good location with parking onsite. A huge variety of food options at a short distance from the venue. Relaxing stay, as always.

    The views from the Grand Ocean Queen Room were amazing, especially during sunrise! The pool on the 27th floor provided an amazing vantage point, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes that catered to every palate. The staff were really good, with special mentions to the attentive waiters in the dining area and their willingness to accommodate special requests.

    Fine ocean views and really good staff

    The spacious junior suite had everything, including a rain shower and bidet. The staff went out of their way to, from the attentive reception team to the restaurant staff who made sure my dietary needs were met. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, with delicious Vietnamese coffee that I loved. My only suggestion would be to enhance the afternoon tea menu a bit more.

    I stayed in the Beautiful Double Room with Sea View for 7 nights. The room was super comfy and clean, with a contemporary design that felt fresh. The view from my window was very nice, especially when I'd wake up and see the ocean! The breakfast spread was a highlight, offering so many tasty choices. Only downside was the small space. Could have used a bit more room to move around.
